FINALLY !

It's OK to be impressed. Cause I AM ! Can you just smell the aroma of fresh baked bread? YUM I did it all by myself too. 4 loaves last week and 8 loaves today (Friday). It's so gratifying when it actually turns out.

I persevered and became successful FINALLY. It doesn't hurt that I dug out the Bosch that has been hidden away in my cupboards. Man it makes it so easy to mix it all up. I also ground the wheat too. AMAZING huh Notice the Avacado green. Ya, it must be that old. It was handed down to me from my mom when she upgraded to a newer one. I love hand me downs.
My inspiration came the other day when I learned that my sister in law was making bread for her family (8 loaves a week). Then another sister in law came to St George for a family members missionary homecoming. Her responsibility for their up coming Youth Conference was the FOOD. So for the few days she was here in town, she made I believe 39 loaves of bread to take home and freeze. Or at least 39 hundred as the little kids would probably say.

OK for you real life professionals. I realize the bread isn't as big as it should be. But believe me it taste GOOD. Thanks Jill and Deanna for the inspiration. Even though mom has been trying for years to inspire me, it finally kicked in. You would think I would have been born with some natural talent since my Grandpa was a real Baker and owned a few Bakery's in his life time. Better late then never I say.
