I LOVE being off for the Summer!
I did 4 crates of strawberries one day (into freezer jam). Loved seeing them in my freezer and having some to give away. So we went and bought 4 more crates and had some more fun.This was the first batch.
This is more of it. Along with the apricot that isn't loved by all as much as the strawberry is.
Now if these aren't the two cutest things I've ever seen. I'm thinking maybe neighbor Christmas gifts?! But then I would have to make a loaf of bread to go with them. Practice, practice , practice. I have until December.

WOWZER... my hero and canning queen friend! Hey just as an FYI-- my FAVORITE jam is apricot -- so, if those lonely yellow containers start getting out of date, I do just live around the corner!!!!!! :)
