LUCAS ALAN arrived April 29th at 8:19 pm
weighing 6lbs. 10 oz. and 20 inches long
With only 2 small pushes!

We finally let daddy hold him.
Of course we all had to attend the delivery again. Thanks Heather and Brandon. We had Tiffany, Brittany, Me, William, Mallory and Jennifer via speaker phone. Alan made it about 30 minutes after the delivery due to a Bishopric meeting :(William still needs to learn, Soft. Not sure yet what he understands. He was actually more interested in running around the hospital. He may be surprised to see he is still around today and not back in mommys tummy?!

K, so here is the crazy news. Heather's good friend Sarah was in labor and delivery just across the hall from her. They both were married on the same day then met each other a year later. They were due about a week apart, but ended up delivering exactly an hour apart. Heather (a boy) at 8:19 pm and Sarah (a girl) at 9:19 pm.
Everyone is healthy and happy!
There are plans in the works for a wedding down the road.

Congrats on your 8th beautiful grandchild!
So happy I was able to be a part of that. Heather is a champ. I didn't hear her at all! She just pushed out a baby and didn't make a peep. I love you guys! Congratulations!
