Flying First Class. You Gotta Love It!

Thanks to the perks these two get from their employment.

Look what we found! THE NORTH POLE. No kidding, the street was lined with candy cane light poles and it was decorated for Christmas year round. I had a permanent smile on my face the whole time we were there. It was the coolest thing ever.

This was Santa house. He and Mrs. Claus were there too. He was the smartest man ever. He knew everything about everyones town or city. All kinds of little known gems. I was a Believer. We also saw the wall of letters to Santa from school children all over the world. Lucas (Jason's roommate from College who lives there) said when he was in school, they actually responded to many of the letters in their class as part of their school work. We also saw Rudolph and the gang, just grazing there in their yard.I'm still smiling just thinking about the place.

We ate here at the famous Salmon Bake. All you can eat Salmon. An outdoor buffet in the park. We even got Mallory to try some, but I'll spare you those pictures.

This is the house where we stayed in Fairbanks. Lucas backyard in the forrest. We are pointing at our watches because it is 1 in the morning and still bright as noon day. It was the craziest thing. It was never dark the whole weekend we were there. It was the celebration of the Solstis, the longest day of the year. As a result, we got some great shopping in because of the sales in honor of that event.
